How to get bonuses?

When will bonuses be credited?

Bonus points will be awarded automatically 14 days after receiving your order.

Where can I see how many bonuses I have?

The number of bonuses can be viewed in the “Personal Account” section “Bonuses” . The history of accrual and write-off of points is also available there.

How to enter the “Personal Account”?

When placing an order, a login and password for your “Personal Account” are created automatically. The data will be sent to you at the specified email address. You can also register on our website yourself and set a username and password. 

How to spend bonuses?

Log in to the site using the login and password for the “Personal Account”. 
When placing an order, you will be prompted to use bonuses. You can write off all the accumulated points or part of them and get a discount. Also, you can not spend bonuses and continue to accumulate them. 

Are there any restrictions on the use of bonuses?

Bonuses cannot be used when paying for goods participating in other promotions, with the exception of promotions with increased cashback. Current promotions can be found in the “Promotions” section of our website.

Can bonuses “burn out”?

Bonuses are valid for 180 days from the date of their accrual. If you have not used bonuses during this time, they will be cancelled. It is impossible to restore canceled bonuses.
You will receive a notification 30 days before your bonuses expire.

If I return the purchased product, what will happen to the bonuses?

If you used bonuses during the purchase, they will be returned to your bonus account.
